We also provide drop off buffets & BBQ menus.

Dietary requests will be met as close to the original dish as possible.

* Bang Bang Chicken & Crispy noodles

* Black pudding, minted pea puree, seared British scallop & crispy prosciutto.   

* Italian Bocconcini Mozzarella, par baked baby vine tomatoes, caramel shallot, baked brioche bruschetta, baby basil, port balsamic syrup (V).  

* Duck & orange parfait, baked sesame cup, black pepper crisp, clementine gel.    

* Stuffed garlic mushroom, nutmeg creamed spinach, artichoke crisp (V) .   

* Lamb leg bon bon, Mint & cucumber Raita, toasted black onion seeds.            

*  Garlic lime & red chilli butter king prawn, melba toast, smoked paprika aioli.                

* Cornish white crab meat cake, lobster bisque aioli.

* Wild mushroom & white truffle soup, scored virgin oil ciabatta baked bread --GFO - VOR

* Crispy filo Camembert & cranberry, Waldorf salad & dressed Cotswold greens

* Ham hock terrine, pickle tartar,  dressed bitter greens, toasted sour dough - GFO  


Main Course

* Roasted Butternut squash flat tart, toasted seeds, roasted tarragon & tomato sauce, Vegan feta cheese 

* Virgin olive oil  Hassel back potato, peppered sugar snap peas --GFO - VOR

* Deconstructed Beef Wellington, Port syrup, Port Jus, Anna potatoes, heritage vegetables, dressed baby greens. - GFO

*Grilled Fillet of marinated Sea bream fillet, tomato salsa, parsley chardonnay sauce, citrus crème fraiche potatoes, Cotswold buttered heritage vegetables -GFO


To Finish
